COVID-19-related Procedures

Due to the Enhanced Community Quarantine measures being imposed by the government, to request your DILNET and UP Mail accounts remotely, kindly provide the following:

  • Clear photo of UP ID or Government ID with picture
  • Selfie with above ID
  • Current Form5 for students, or Appointment Paper for Faculty
  • Screenshot of CRS Dashboard if available

Send these requirements via email to helpdesk@upd.edu.ph. If your attachments exceed 6MB, kindly send the requirements in multiple emails.

Please be advised that the above requirements are all required for online processing, and that online processing of accounts creation is a beta service provided due to the current situation.
